Possessive constructions in Hungarian
Hello everybody who knows well the grammar of Hungarian! I need help! I would like to know if in possessive constructions like in following examples the possessive suffix is necessary for the possessee? And how to translate them into Hungarian?
1. my/his house,
2. the head of the boy,
3. the roof of the house,
4. the top of the mountain

1. my house = házam ; his/her house = háza - ház=house
2. a fiú feje (a=the; fiú=boy; fej=head)
3. a ház teteje (a=the; ház=house; tető=roof - that's a hard one I know!)
4. a hegy csúcsa (hegy=mountain; csúcs=top)
Okay, so I wrote the simplest versions for all, but in the first example one could put the personal pronoun too, though not necessary, only if it is important to emphasize it, but the person is in nominative, so don't worry:
1. Az én házam - my house ---> az=the (because the next word starts with a vowel, otherwise it is just "a"); én=I (and not "my"); házam=my-house
Az ő háza - his/her house ---> az=the; ő=he/she (and not "his/her") háza=his-house
But the first versions up there without the personal pronouns are also correct. It is not needed to put them into the sentence.
Note, the article "the-a/az" goes for the possessed object

I do not study Hungarian, but I research possessive constructions in Udmurt. Actually they are almost similar in Udmurt.
Does it mean that in these examples the possessor is always in nominative? When do you use genitive?

Nosh övöl: *enyém házam (mynam korkaje), *övé háza (solen korkajez), *enyém ház (mynam korka), *övé ház (solen korka).
Ozjy ik: nomen luoz nominativyn no, genitivyn no, nosh pronomen nominativin gine luyny bygate. Syche luonlyk vanj: Kinlen so korka? Mynam. Kié a ház? Az enyém.

Mynam malpameja udmurt -len kotjku genitiv lue, malyke shuono solen muket rolez grammatikayn övöl. Finn -llA itetlen syche "pojalla on auto" - so kyketi uzhe kutemez, nyrysetijez: kirja on pöydällä 'kniga dzhök vylyn'.
